We do not sell or release any of your information to outside entities. If after 30 days, once a quote is provided, we will only retain the information for 6 months in case your business wishes to revisit our offer in the future. Simply contact us within that time period and we will gladly provide an updated quote. Our team will reach out to the contact provided by the preferred method provided only twice (2) within a month to follow-up and only provide one (1) email a week for one (1) month to follow-up after a quote was provided.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Is there a minimum contract term? Yes, we offer a 6-month or 12-month service contract. 12-month contracts are discounted based on size of facility, services required and cleaning frequency.
- Are supplies and equipment provided? Supplies are not included unless otherwise requested in the quote. Generally, most businesses carry a variety of cleaning equipment on hand to accommodate their facility. If not, after the initial inspection, DCS will ascertain what equipment is needed on site and will accommodate your commercial cleaning services.
- Can I request green or eco-friendly cleaning? Absolutely! Select "Green Cleaning" under specialty services.
- What if I have a unique situation? Use the “Additional Notes” section to detail any specific circumstances; our team will reach out for more information if needed.
- Are insurance and certification included? Yes, our team is fully Insured, Bonded and trained in commercial settings.
